Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days we will be happy to facilitate a refund.

Return Policy for eBooks

• We will provide a 100% refund on all our eBooks, including all payment processing costs if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
• We ask that all copies of our eBooks be deleted/destroyed once the refund it provided.

Return Policy for Published Print Books

• We will provide a 100% refund on the purchase price of our print books, MINUS the cost of shipping.
• A book must be returned to us for a full refund and we will not process the refund until it has been returned to us in LIKE NEW condition. Buyer pays return shipping costs (send via Media Mail, the cheapest method).
• If you wish to exchange the book for another one, we will be happy to facilitate that.

Return Policy for Apparel

• We cannot offer exchanges on apparel as we do not usually keep stock on hand.
• If you’re not satisfied with your piece of apparel, we will facilitate a refund, MINUS the shipping cost.
• We will process a refund once the item has been returned to us in LIKE NEW / UNWASHED / UNWORN condition. Buyer pays the return shipping cost.

Shipping Policy

We charge flat rates PER PRODUCT – because each product we offer is different, the weights are calculated differently.

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
